The legal notice was published in the Bluffton News on April 1, 2010.
Letters were sent to all the property owners within 200 feet of all property lines.
$50 fee was paid for the hearing.
The purpose of the hearing was to consider a variance of 3 feet in the side yard for an attached garage. It will be a 2-car garage facing Elm Street and attached to the house by a breezeway. It will have 3 vehicle doors. One will be in the back to allow for a pass through.
Harbison made a motion; seconded by Diller to grant the side yard variance of 3 feet. Motion passed.
Miller made a motion; seconded by Dill to adjourn.
