Beaverdam Bunch 4-H preparing for Allen County fair
The Beaverdam Bunch met July 12. Recreation was lead by Elizabeth Fischbach and Pam Fischbach. Sarah Amstutz lead the group with the pledges. Role Call was given by Janice Althaus.
The Treasurer report was given by Andrea Spallinger. The Health Talk was given by Amelia Heslep. Reminders from the group were that the raffles need to be turned into Amanda Fischbach asap.
The new business for the group is for the non-livestock kids you have to go to http://allen.osu.edu for a time to be judged. Judging for non-livestock will be on the 20th of July.
Also that fair I.D's again with members with the last name starting A-H need to get new i.d's. You can go and get your i.d pictures starting on July 21 from 9-4 Monday-Friday and for anyone who is a livestock person you can still get your i.d when you go and get judged at the fair grounds.
The livestock judging is on July 24 at 8 a.m. If any livestock person can not be at judging they must call before or on the 23rd to do the make-up day the number is 419-879-9108.
The make-up day is Aug. 9 from 1-5. The group also talked a little about Guard Duty and how that is done but no times have been scheduled at this time. The group will also be having a booth meeting at Janice Althaus's house to help decorate the booth if you need directions call Janice.
