Colonial Surface Solutions purchases Delphos company
Colonial Surface Solutions, Inc., 505 E. Jefferson St., Bluffton, recently announced the acquisition of Diamond Machine and Manufacturing of Delphos.
According to Gene Heitmeyer of Colonial, Diamond specializes in metal fabrication. He said that Diamond has changed its name to Diamond Manufacturing of Bluffton.
"Diamond Manufacturing will help Colonial Surface Solutions continue its growth as a metal surface and coating solutions company," said Heitmeyer.
He added that the firm will soon move from Delphos to the Jefferson Street building.
"We welcome Diamond Manufacturing of Bluffton into the Colonial Surface Solutions family," he said, adding that Diamond will continue to be dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in all areas of manufacturing operations.
Colonial Surface Solutions, Inc., was founded in 1975. It employs nearly 50 persons. The company is known in the tri-state area for its high-quality, customer-oriented and environmentally friendly service.
"From initial development, metal working and abrasive/liquid cleaning, burnoff, coating and transportation services, Colonial and Diamond can meet and exceed your surface solutions and delivery requirements," said Heitmeyer.
