Dorothy Reichenbach 1925-2010
Dorothy Louise Reichenbach, 84, of Pandora, died Aug. 3, 2010, at 5:10 p.m. at Hilty Memorial Home, Pandora. She was born Aug. 27, 1925, to Sidney and Amy (Stainbrook) Agner in Putnam County. She married Herbert Reichenbach on June 19, 1943, and he survives.
She was a waitress at Buckeye Lunch, Bluffton and also worked at Triplett Corporation, Bluffton. She was a member of Pandora Missionary Church. She was a 1942 graduate of Pandora High School.
Survivors include: son: Sam (Diana) Reichenbach, Bluffton, great granddaughter: Tori Reichenbach and Karson Hauenstein; son: Jack (Edie) Reichenbach, Bluffton; granddaughter: Tracy Hosler, grandson: Dennis (Jeanette) Chamberlin, grandson: Todd (Tina) Reichenbach; granddaughter: Rue (Neil) Hauenstein, granddaughter: Janell Reichenbach; great grandchildren: Cassie Reichenbach, Carissa and C.J. Hosler; great grandchildren: Spencer, Grant, and Shannon Chamberlin.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Doyle Agner.
A funeral service is at 11 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 7, at Chiles Laman Funeral Home, Bluffton. Chaplain Rick Hart will officiate.
Visitation is Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., at Chiles-Laman Funeral Home, Bluffton, Burial is in Maple Grove Cemetery, Bluffton. Memorials may go to Putnam County Hospice or to the charity of your choice.
