Gable-Geiser beat O-G number 1 doubles team
Bluffton High School's girls' tennis team split a pair of matches this week, defeating Lima Senior 5-0 and losing to Ottawa-Glandorf 4-1. Lima Senior forfeited the doubles matches, while Liz Diller and Amanda Solmonson won singles matches in straight sets. Jess Hunter lost a three-set match at No. 1 singles.
The doubles team of Ashlin Gable and Kristi Geiser downed the No. 1 O-G team in straight sets, but Diller/Solmonson were edged in a three-setter. Sprague, Sannon Koch and Hunter also lost singles matches in two sets. The girls are idle until hosting Lima Central Catholic Monday at Harmon Courts.
