Tree of remembrance memorial service Dec. 5
Chiles-Laman Funeral and Cremation Services will hold a tree of remembrance memorial service on Sunday, Dec. 5, at The Centre, 601 N. Main St., Bluffton, according to Gordon Diller.The service is a special event we provide for all the families we have served throughout the year, according to Diller.
All families attending will receive a free guardian angel glass ornament personalized with the name and date of their loved one that will be placed on a Christmas tree at the service.At 4 p.m. Rev. Jerry Lewis will provide a brief memorial service. There is no charge to attend, however a reservation is requested.
At the conclusion of the service, the ornament is yours to take home. Additional ornaments will be available for purchase at the cost of $15 each.
If you would like additional ornaments please call the funeral home prior to the service date to order so that we may have them ready for you. Additional ornaments purchased must be paid with cash or check. No credit cards please.
Light refreshments will be provided following the service. There is no charge to attend the service; however reservations are requested.
