One in a Number perform at December Sr. dinner
One in a Number, a Bluffton women's choir will perform during the December Bluffton Senior Citizen dinner meeting.
The dinner is at 6 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 8, at the Center. Schnipke Inn, Ottawa, is catering the dinner. Treva Kinsinger, who turns 90 in December will receive a life membership at the dinner.
MC is Don Wymer. Hostesses are Kay Burkholder and friends.
Several other events take place this month at the Center.
Holiday hours are now in effect. Hours are Mondays through Fridays, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays, 9 a.m. to noon.
Center members are invited to attend the Ohio Northern University holiday spectacular. The bus to the event, held at the Allen County Civic Center, Lima, leaves Bluffton at 12:45 p.m., Saturday, Dec.11.
Richland Manor will sponsor the Center's annual Christmas party. The event is at noon, Wednesday, Dec. 15. It includes free lunch and BINGO.
The Tuesday night dance group will hold their Christmas potluck at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, Dec.21. Supper is at 5 p.m. with the dance to follow.
Doris J. Heldman's angel collection is on display in December at the hobby center.
The Center reminds seniors that the annual enrollment period for Medicare Part D is now through Dec. 31. Persons who do not have a plan or wish to make changes to a plan must do so before Dec. 31. Contact Bob Painter at the Center if you have questions.
