Ebenezer Mennonite hosts 13-week Financial Peace University series
Ebenezer Mennonite Church is offering an opportunity to begin 2011 with a fresh resolve on person's financial lives.
Beginning on Sunday night, Jan. 16, and on Wednesday night, Jan. 19, the church will offer the 13-week program, Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University.
"The course is biblically-based and uses a lot of common sense. The video instructor, Dave Ramsey, gives all the practical tips and advice a person needs to wade through the financial complexities of life, enabling significant debt reduction and saving, both for emergencies and for the future," said Kathy Brauen of the church.
An informational preview meeting is at 9 a.m., Sunday, Jan. 9, in the Church Library where persons can learn more about the program. If this time is not convenient for you, please contact the church at 419-358-8588 to arrange for another time.
There is a cost to attend the class, but help is available if needed. Persons may sign up at the church or call the church at 419-358-8588 to register.
Ebenezer Mennonite Church is located at 8905 Columbus Grove Road, two miles west of Bluffton.
