Renovar~A(c) leaders to speak at Bluffton
The Revs. Chris Webb and Mickey Cox of Renovar'e, a Denver-based Christian spiritual formation organization, will discuss "The Place of Intentional Christian Formation in the Discipleship Process" as the Spiritual Life Week Forum speakers at Bluffton University. Ryan Price, a student at the University of Colorado-Denver and a Renovar'e volunteer, will join Webb and Cox for the forum, which is free and open to the public at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 8, in Yoder Recital Hall.
Webb, an Anglican priest from Wales, is the president of Renovar'e, while Cox, an ordained minister in the Church of the Nazarene, is the organization's ministry coordinator. Cox has written two books to help guide youth in spiritual formation, "No Limits Discipleship Journal" and "Sacred Life," and is currently writing a series of spiritual formation books for high school and college-age students and for youth pastors.
