Three board members of the Bluffton Housing Corp. have terms that expire this year. The annual stockholders' meeting at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 8, will address that issue, according to Deb Beer, secretary.

Three expiring board members are Beer, Mary Fett and Sue Shields. All three have agreed to serve another three-year term. Continuing board members are Matt Jordan, Lois Goodman, Kathy Rode, Ed Yeager, Fred Rodabaugh and Bob Fett.

In addition to election of board members, the meeting will include reports of the operations of Riley View Apartments and Vance Street Apartments for 2010.

The annual meeting takes place at Vance Street Apartments.
