January 1
Police attempted to stop a vehicle near the intersection of County Line Rd and E. Elm St. The vehicle fled the scene and drove through a couple yards on Eastland Dr. at which time the driver left the area on foot. The case is pending in Lima Municipal Court.
A Beaverdam resident reported that an unknown person had keyed her vehicle while it was parked overnight at a Grove St. residence.
A Cherry St. business reported a theft of pallets to police.
January 3
Officers responded to a report of Domestic Violence at a Cherry St. residence. Upon arrival officers discovered an argument over domestic duties and one of the subjects had left the residence.
January 4
Police received a complaint of an unruly juvenile from a S. Main St. resident.
January 5
Police arrested Isaac Schultz, 30, Ada for DUS following a traffic stop on County Line Road for a speeding violation. The case is pending in Hancock County Municipal Court.
January 8
Police responded to a N. Main St. business in regards to a patron at the business assaulting another patron and causing problems and was also refusing to leave.
Officers discovered two subjects at the village park. After determining one of them was underage, the juvenile was returned to their residence.
January 9
Officers responded to a Matterhorn Dr. residence in response to an animal complaint.
Police responded to an Eastland Dr. residence in response to a reported Domestic Dispute.
January 11
Officers responded to a non-injury traffic crash on the 10000 block of Grove Rd.
January 12
Police were called to the 10000 block of Tom Fett Rd. in regards to a non-injury traffic crash.
January 19
Officers responded to a non-injury car/deer crash on County Line Rd. at the village park.
Officers responded to a W. Elm St. residence in response to a missing person.
January 20
Police took a telephone harassment complaint from a N. Jackson St. resident.
Police took a telephone harassment complaint from a Geiger St. resident.
January 25
Police responded to a non-injury car/deer crash in the 10000 block of Grove Rd.

Officers responded to Grove-Bluffton Rd. in response to a deer that had been hit and no vehicle around. The deer had to be put down by officers.
January 28
Police handled a non-injury traffic crash in the 100 Block of E. Jefferson St. Casey Stoll, 18, Carey was issued a citation for Reasonable Control and that case is pending in Bluffton Mayor's Court.
January 29
Police arrested Gary Dipnarine, 34, Bluffton, for OVI following a traffic stop on N. Main St. for a speeding violation. The case is pending in Lima Municipal Court.
January 30
Officers arrested Corey Roark, 21, Centerville, for OVI following a traffic stop on I-75 for a marked lanes violation. The case is pending in Lima Municipal Court.
A N. Jackson St. resident filed a Domestic Violence report in regards to an incident that had happened several hours earlier in the day. Officers were unable to locate the suspect at the time.
