Library taking reservations to Jamie Ford book discussion
Join Bluffton Public Library staff for a lively discussion of Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet by Jamie Ford at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 9. Advance registration is requested due to space limitations.
Mr. Ford's debut novel is the Findlay-Hancock Community Foundation's selection for its annual Community Read event held during the month of March. Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet is a thought-provoking historical fiction novel that offers a variety of discussion topics, including father and son relationships, Japanese internment camps in America, first love, hope and forgiveness.
The author will be the key speaker at Central Auditorium in Findlay on March 25 at 7 p.m. A free book signing for attendees will follow this event.
Event tickets are available at Common Grounds Coffeehouse and Caf'e in Bluffton in addition to the Findlay-Hancock Community Foundation and Arts Partnership in Findlay.
