Icon introduces several new features: you'll like them
A new set of features are making their way onto The Bluffton Icon, including easy access to the latest news, Facebook commenting and more.
The first feature is a set of tabbed content available at the bottom of the home page. The latest stories for each of the categories are available by clicking the respective tab.
For example, clicking on Council will give you the latest Bluffton Council and School Board news, and so on. A convenient "more" link allows you to view all the stories in that category.
Another feature we have included is the Facebook commenting system. In addition to our built-in commenting system, you can now save the time of logging in or waiting for your comment to be approved by using the Facebook commenting system.
At the bottom of each story is the Facebook commenting system. If you are already logged into Facebook, you will see your name and photo, along with a place to comment. If you are not logged into Facebook, you can either log in or post anonymously.
You also have the option to post that comment to Facebook, allowing your friends to see the story and your comment.
We hope to release some new features in the near future, and hope you take advantage of these new tools! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
