Fred Williams 1945-2011
Fred D. Williams, 66 died at 9:45 a.m. April 16, 2011 at Golden Living Center, Lima. He was born March 12, 1945 in Bluffton to Francis R. and Dorothy M. (Augsburger) Williams.
He had worked at Rusco, Lugabill Florist, Diller Medical, and A to Z Meats. He was a member of Ebenezer Mennonite Church, Bluffton. He was a 1965 Bluffton High School graduate. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in the Vietnam Conflict.
Survivors include three sisters Virginia (Richard) Gladwell, Joyce (Ronald) Conrad and Debra (Michael) Hilty all of Columbus Grove; and nine nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Ebenezer Mennonite Church, Bluffton. Rev. Dick Potter officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery where military rites will be performed. Visitation will be held Monday from 5-8 p.m. at Chiles-Laman Funeral Home, Bluffton and one hour prior to the service at the church.
