BFR's adult summer membership special now available
Adults searching for an affordable fitness membership are invited to take advantage of BFR's summer membership special, according to Carole Enneking of BFR.
Beginning May 1, the three-month membership fee will result in four months of membership. The cost is $87.86 (including sales tax) and includes access to the Fitness Center, Program Design Services, Drop in Recreation hours, access to the indoor track, plus discounts on fitness class and Ultimate Fit fees.
Senior Adults (55 years and older) may purchase the summer special for only $79.07 (including sales tax).
Adult Fitness classes will continue at BFR through the spring and summer months. Evening classes include water exercise, Zumba Fitness, YogaFit, and Cardio Sculpt. The Saturday Morning Aerobic Mix continues at 9 a.m. on Saturdays.
Morning fitness options include Total Body Conditioning (7:30 a.m.), All Star Workout (M-W 8:30a.m.), Water Exercise, YogaFit (F 8:30 a.m.), Low Impact Aerobics (M 10 a.m.), and Strength & Flexibility (TH 10 a.m.).
New participants are welcome to attend any or all classes without charge for one visit. Regular fees for classes are $5 per visit ($3 BFR members) or the fees are even less with the purchase of an Any Class Card.
