BFR introduces summer membership special
BFR Spots and Fitness began the summer special on May 1, according to Carole Enneking, director.
New and returning exercisers may purchase a three-month membership but receive four months of service. Cost for the summer special is $87.86 (including sales tax).
Benefits of membership (for those over 14 years of age) include use of the fitness center, indoor track, plus use of the gymnasium and arena
during open times.
In addition, members received discounted pricing onfitness classes and training programs (personal training sessions and ultimate fit).
Additional perks include free workout design services, bodymass measurements, and caloric needs assessment. These additional services can assist members in meeting weight loss as well as strength andtoning goals.
