BFR invites you to join in Ohio's Healthy Ohio Fitness Day May 18
BFR Sports and Fitness invites all community members to join it in Ohio's seventh statewide" Healthy Ohio Fitness Walk," according to Carole Enneking, BFR director.
The fitness walk takes place at BFR Sports & Fitness all day Wednesday, May 18.
"The challenge to all Ohioans is to collectively walk100,000 miles this day! Let's do our part as a community and participate in a 20- minute one-mile walk, to help reach this goal," said Ennneking.
Each participant will receive refreshments and plenty of drinking water.
BFR will have courses set up outside, as well as indoors in case the weather does not cooperate.
"If you can not join us at BFR, but would still like to participate with this event simply walk your miles and then e-mail them to [email protected] by 10 a.m.Thursday," she added.
