Five locations have activities for May 25 senior fitness day
BFR, 215 Snider Road, announces a Senior Health and Fitness Day Wednesday, May 25, according to Carole Enneking, director.
All events are free and open to seniors ages 55 and older. In addition to programs planned, tours are available at each location.
Events are planned in in five locations.
BFR
Walking - all day
Washer game 1-2 p.m.
Tennis 1-2 p.m.
Nutrition information 1-2 p.m.
Bluffton Senior Citizen Center
Sholf - 9-10:30 a.m.
Wii bowling 9-10:30 a.m.Exercise class - 1:30 p.m.
Maple Crest
Water exercise - 9:30-10:15 a.m.
Exercise class - 10:30 a.m. (patio room)
Sholf - 2 p.m. (patio room)
Wii bowling - 2 p.m. (patio room)
Bingo - 3:30 p.m. (family room)
Richland Manor
Senior games 1:30-3 p.m.
Corn hole Wii bowling
