Fitness program for special needs youth introduced at BFR
Adapted Fitness is a new program offered beginning June 14 at BFR, according to Carole Enneking, BFR director.
Youth, ages 14-21 years, will be introduced to strength training and fitness activities. The purpose is to provide supervision and modifications for each
participant.
Jared Byers, Bluffton Schools Intervention Specialist, will lead the Adapted Fitness program. Cost is $40 ($25 BFR members) for six sessions to be held on Thursdays from 1-2PM at BFR.
