Maple Crest gets active at "Fitness Day"
Maple Crest Senior Living Village participated in the "Fitness Day" that was organized by Wellness Coordinator, Jessica Ladd of BFR. Fitness Day was held around Bluffton at several locations that included a site at Maple Crest.
The two main activities that were featured at Maple Crest were: Wii Bowling and a miniature game of golf called "Sholf." The theme for the day was "Make Fitness a Goal for Life." Although the group that attended at MC was small, it was mighty!
The top three MC winners in Wii Bowling were the top scorers in the entire town of Bluffton for the day! They were: Helen Driver (192 points), Hazel Rodabaugh (164 points), and Betty Cass (158 points).
All participants received a certificate and were eligible for the BFR prize drawing. The lucky prize winner was also the top scoring participant, Helen Driver!
