First Mennonite Women launch year on Sept. 12
The First Mennonite Church Mennonite Women 2011-12 programming schedule is in place.
The first meeting is Monday, Sept. 12, at 7 p.m. in Fellowship Hall. The theme is Wonderfully Made - Caring for Self: A Mennonite Spa. Refreshments are by Linda Suter and Mary Ann Ring.
Meeting themes this year are "Wonderfully Made: Women, Faith and Self-Care." Meetings are Oct. 10, Nov. 14, Nov. 15, Jan. 12, Feb. 13, March 12, March 13, April to be announced and July 11.
Officers are Mary Anne Moser, chair; Joyce Hostetler, vice-chair; Barb Stettler, treasurer; Ellie Unruh, Secretary; Ella Bazzy, Trella Kauffman, Saraph Basinger, projects committee; J.P. Schumacher, missions projects; Ginger Theis, school kits/health kits; Jane Hooley, Dottie Long, devotions.
