Pandora Missionary Church holds outdoor 9/11 service
In commemoration of the 10th anniversary of Sept. 11, 2001, and in honor and appreciation of local fire and police departments, the Pandora Missionary Church will host an outdoor worship service at The Oval in the Pandora Park. The service is at 10 a.m., Sunday, Sept. 11.
According to Barney Hovest, church admnistrator and chairpersons of the Evangelism and Discipleship Board of the curch, the service is a great way to show appreciation to those in the community who serve in these roles.
The community is invited to the service. Persons are asked to bring lawn chairs and or blankets to sit on for the service. In the event of rain, worship and lunch will be held at the church, 300 Rocket Ridge Road.
