Bluffton-Richland voters say No to State Issue 2
Bluffton and Richland Township voters followed the state trend and rejected State Issue 2 on Nov. 8.
The local count was 1,158 to reject and to 806 to approve the issue. The issue was, in fact, rejected in each of the local precincts. A link at the bottom of this story takes viewers to the unofficial Allen County results.
