Drum roll please...and the residential lighting winners are...
How do you choose three winners with so many impressive Bluffton holiday lawn decorations glowing in the night? That task was settled over the weekend by representatives of the Blaze of Lights committee.
This year the committee selected first, second and third place winners based upon several judging categories including points for "Wow! What a great display!"
Winners are:
First place - Paul and Vicki Gesler, 347 Sycamore Court
Second place - Derek and Jamie Snyder, 95 Riley Creek Court
Third place - Kevin and Shelby Cluts, 252 S. Lawn Avenue
Prizes are Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce gift certificates. First place receives $200, second place $100 and third place $50.
This year over a dozen residents requested their lawns to be judged. The committee judged those residences plus others that they believed merited judging.
