Bridge Hospice offering Forever Memories Scrapbook Group
Bridge Hospice is forming a support group focused on loss, grief and healing through the creation of scrapbooks. The Forever Memories Scrapbook Group will meet Wednesday, Jan. 4, 11, 18 and 25 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Birchaven Village Chapel, 15100 Birchaven Lane, Findlay.
Attendees will join others who have experienced the death of a loved one in creating scrapbooks that will honor the loved one's life and the relationship that was shared. The group is open to any adult, child or family who has experienced a loss.
The Forever Memories Scrapbook Group is free and open to the public. No scrapbook experience is necessary, and all supplies will be provided. RSVP or receive more information by calling Amber or Carmen at 1-800-982-3306 or e-mailing [email protected].
Forever Memories is an extension of Bridge Bereavement Services Grief Reflection Groups which use the creative arts such as writing, exercise, reading, art or reminiscence to express the physical, mental, social and emotional aspects of grief.
Bridge Hospice is a division of Blanchard Valley Health System, which provides a total continuum of care to more than 100,000 households in an eight-county area.
