Brad Fruchey will lead Bluffton school board in 2012
Brad Fruchey will lead the Bluffton school board in 2012. Fruchey was elected president of the board at its reorganization meeting held Jan. 11. Several other board appointments were made at the meeting.
Renee Smith was appointed to a vacant board seat for a two-year term.
The 2012 appointments follow:
Ken Lugibihl - board vice-president
Brad Fruchey - official delegate to the Ohio School Board Conference
Renee Smith - alternate delegate
Ken Lugibihl - legislative liaison to the Ohio School Board Association
Kay Miller - student achievement liaison
Jeremy Scoles - board representative of the Athletic Council
Renee Smith - Diesel-Tingley Scholarship Committee; Charles and Sophia Hankish Scholarship Committee
Ken Lugibihl and Jeremy Scoles - board representatives to the Building and Grounds Committee
The board will meet in the following schedule for 2012:
Feb. 20 (February through November meetings are at 7:30 p.m.
