Piano duo to hold master class at Bluffton University Jan. 27
Pianists of all ages are invited to Piano Day at Bluffton University for a master class with the Pridonoff Piano Duo. The free program is set for 9:30-11:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 27, in Bluffton's Yoder Recital Hall; check-in will begin at 9:15 a.m. in the Yoder lobby.
Students from various schools will perform for, and receive comments from, Elisabeth and Eugene Pridonoff, who formed the duo in 1982.
They are professors of piano and artists-in-residence at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. While at Bluffton, they are also presenting a concert in the university's Artist Series, on Thursday evening, Jan. 26.
Registration for the Piano Day program is recommended, but not required, and is available online at www.bluffton.edu/music/.
