Ralph and Melba Gerber celebrate 50th Wedding Anniversary.
Ralph and Melba (Martin) Gerber of Bluffton will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on June 3, 2012. They were married by Rev. John D. Zehr at Yellow Creek Mennonite Church in Wakarusa, Ind., on June 3, 1962.
They have three daughters: Dave and Lori (Gerber) Burkholder, Ed and Terri (Gerber) Ward, and Marvin and Kelli (Gerber) Foster. Ralph and Melba have six grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.
Melba is a retired RN and Ralph a retired Purchasing/Material Management agent from Blanchard Valley Regional Health Center.
They are members of Bluffton's Ebenezer Mennonite Church. The family is celebrating by taking a family vacation to Sanibel Island, Florida.
