No more speculation. Wendy's is headed to Bluffton. The Lima News published the accompanying help wanted advertisement in Sunday's edition, page G6.
It states: "We are hiring for all management positions for our new location. Opening in Bluffton!....
While there is no physical Wendy's in Bluffton, most residents are placing bets on land on the north side of State Route 103 somewhere between Schoolhouse Electronics and Commercial Parkway. None of that, however, is confirmed.
The Icon is not aware of any official announcements on Wendy's coming to Bluffton. The Lima News help wanted ad began to circulate on several Bluffton Facebooks sites by mid-afternoon yesterday, indicating the interest in the new business.
