Ronald McDonald returns for Bluffton's Blaze parade
He's back! The one and only, the official, Ronald McDonald will be in this year's Bluffton's Blaze of Lights parade.
The parade is Saturday, Nov. 24, at 5 p.m. Ronald was part of last year's parade and the Jerry Lewis McDonald's Restaurants were able to arrange for a second visit from the famous clown.
Ronald's official Blaze schedule will be released soon. Initial plans call for him to visit with customers at the Bluffton McDonald's Restaurant in mid-afternoon, then go to the parade line up, be in the parade, and be available following the parade for photos with persons attending the Blaze.
Junior Weihrauch, Blaze parade coordinator, said that 31 units are already registered for the Blaze parade. He is hoping this year's parade will have 100 units.
