Apollo programs offering customer service now open
Most of the Apollo Career Center programs offering customer service are now open with the exception of the all new Spa. The grand opening will be held Thursday, Nov. 1 at 11:30 a.m.
Normal business hours will be Wednesday through Friday, 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. The new program, Spa and Esthetics Technology will perform services including facials, eyebrow arches, eyelash extensions, and waxing. To schedule an appointment, call 419.998.2901
The Apollo Career Center Floral Design shop is open Monday through Friday, 8-10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. The shop, fully stocked with student-created arrangements, is full of seasonal and all occasion silk, dried and fresh flower creations. It also offers balloon bouquets. For more information call 419.998.2934.
The Garden Cafe is open for lunch from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The all-you-can-eat buffet is $6 and includes a salad and hot bar with an assortment of desserts and choice of beverage. The restaurant is student-run and designed to be a teaching lab as well as a restaurant. For parties of five or more call 419.998.2945 for a reservation.
The Salon at Apollo is open 8- 10:30 a.m., Wednesday through Friday. Appointments will be available Monday-Wednesday. Services offered include color, cut, styling, perms, manicures, pedicures, facials, eyebrows, and artificial nails. The salon is also offering crystals, feathers, and color extensions. Call 419.998.2901 to set up an appointment for all services.
