Mennonite Memorial Home - a great setting for part of Bluffton's Fall Festival
The Mennonite Memorial Home (MMH) campus was a hub of activity on Sept. 29 as part of the Bluffton Fall Festival.
From 10 am to noon, visitors could peruse the Silent Auction items, eat lunch and pick up delicious home-baked goods from the Service Group’s bake sale.
Outside, the fun continued with craft tables with items for sale made by residents of the MMH campus and face painting, kiddie train rides and a hay dig for kids.
TLU pet rescue was also on hand with puppies with kettle corn being made and sold nearby. Transportation was also a matter of choice with buses running between MMH and other venues as well as horse drawn wagons that traveled between MMH and the downtown stop.
It was a great day for the elders who live at Mennonite Home to see and be involved with all of the fun activities. To see more photos from the event, please visit us at facebook.com/MHCOhio.
