Rhonda Hogrefe named Findlay branch manager at Citizens National Bank
Citizens National Bank (CNB) has named Rhonda Hogrefe as Findlay branch manager.
In her position, she is responsible for branch oversight, including sales and financial performance. She will focus on coaching her team in best practices for sales and service and will continue her duties as retail/mortgage lender for the Findlay office.
Hogrefe, a Findlay native, has worked in the banking industry for 10 years.She began at Citizens National Bank in 2008 as a customer service representative, adding lending to her duties in 2011.
Rick Beverly, SVP/Findlay City President, said, “Rhonda always goes out of her way to make our customers feel at home. I’m excited to see what her enthusiasm and professionalism will bring to this new role.”
Hogrefe has two children. Josh, is a student at Ohio State University in Columbus, and Kara is a senior at Liberty Benton High School.
With offices in Bluffton, Celina, Defiance, Elida, Findlay, Lima, Springfield and Van Wert, Citizens National Bank has assets totaling more than $600 million and has been serving the communities of West Central Ohio since 1920.
