Citizens National Bank introduces mobile banking
Citizens National Bank now offers mobile banking to its customers. This free service is available to all CNB customers enrolled in online banking.
There are three options for accessing account information through a mobile device:
Mobile App - a downloadable app for iPhone and Android smartphone users.
Browser-based - this is the version of mobile banking you may access by browsing to a specific url provided at enrollment and logging into online banking as you would through your computer.
Text-based - for customers who don't have a smartphone, this version of mobile banking provides limited information regarding account balances and transaction history.
“As our customers become more mobile, they want to access their account information when it’s convenient for them. We’re happy to provide this service to allow them to view account information, transfer balances, and even pay bills on the go,” said President/CEO Mike Romey.
“It’s part of Citizens National Bank’s philosophy to offer the technology today’s consumers expect along with our community bank customer care.”
