Diamond Manufacturing has the answer to scarce office space in Bluffton
Diamond Manufacturing of Bluffton may have a solution to businesses seeking office space locally.
The industry located at the 505 E. Jefferson St. (corner of County Line Road and Jefferson) has seven office spaces available for rent – and these are available immediately. The office area is along the Jefferson Street side of the Diamond plant.
Tammy Whitlow of Diamond told The Icon that in addition to the office space, the facility has a lobby, reception area, kitchenette, a conference room, rest rooms plus some storage area.
She added that the office space has new lights, a new phone system and ample parking.
Bluffton Center for Entrepreneurs was using some of the space until the end of December.
The space has lots of flexibility, which enables it to offer several uses in addition to office space. With Bluffton’s current situation of no retail vacancies on Main Street, the Diamond space has some immediate appeal. Several businesses, retail and professional, have expressed interest in renting and leasing frontage on Main Street.
