Participants will learn the importance of stretching, warm-up, and cool down aspects as well as how to determine a safe and effective method of exercise for you. The session will be interactive, so wear appropriate clothing and shoes.
Healthy diet presentations:

This interactive demonstration will allow parents and children to test their knowledge about how much sugar is in their favorite drink.
Special event for the week will be a celebration of National Wear Red Day, Friday, Feb. 1. The indoor track will be “dressed” in red for everyone walking that day. In addition, fitness activities for adults and physical activities are planned for children from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
