Seven youth confirmed May 5 at Trinity Lutheran, Jenera
Seven youth will be confirmed in the Christian faith on Sunday, May 5, at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Jenera, in the 10:30 a.m. service.
The Confirmands are: Klaire Alge, Keith Edwards, Dustin Falk, Matthew Freed, Sidney Rinker, Ryan Stuckey and Shawn Weihrauch.
The class hymn, “Jesus, Lead Us On” will be sung by the class during the service. The class motto is Romans 8:3 “Neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Class colors are red and silver and the class flower is the red rose.
A regular service will be held at 8 a.m. Beginning at 9:20 a.m., the Confirmands will give a review of Bible teachings in a question and answer format. All are welcome to attend and the church is handicapped accessible.
