Senior citizens celebrate "game night" June 10; Mary Koontz retires
The Bluffton Senior Center will hold its June dinner meeting and game night on Monday, June 10 at 6 p.m. The emcee will be Mary Hofstetter with hostess Deloris Herman.
The meal will be catered by Schnipke Inn and will consist of baked steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, mixed vegetables, cole slaw, dinner roll and strawberry short cake. Tickets and $7 and must be purchased by Wednesday, June 5.
In other Senior Center news, May 17 was Mary Koontz's last day working as the Senior Center Craft Director. She started in May 1983. For the next 30 years she helped many folks with all kinds of creative projects.
