Carole Ann Reigle was retired from Marathon Oil Co.
Carol Ann Reigle, 79, died June 2, 2013, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center, Toledo. She was born Oct. 12, 1933 in Findlay to the late Harold and Margaret (Gordon) Frontz. On March 28, 1954 she married Clarence D. Reigle and he died June 15, 2001.
Mrs. Reigle retired from Marathon Oil Company, Findlay, and had been a cook at Mt. Cory Middle School. She was a member of the English Lutheran Church, Bluffton, where she was active in the Women’s Bible Study Group. She belonged to the “Gathering Basket” Herb Society and helped form the CCL Club, Bluffton.
She was a 1951 graduate of Findlay High School and Findlay College.
Survivors include two sons, Robert Reigle of Bluffton, Eric Reigle of Bellevue, Ohio; two daughters Michele (Rodney) Barnes of Bluffton, Holly Kumar of Fairview Park, Ohio; five grandchildren James Barnes, Caleb (Margaret) Barnes, Jeff Reigle, Chay Reigle, Mackenzie Salem; two great grandchildren Madeiline Reigle and Evelyn Grace Barnes; and a sister Liela (Bill) Varney of Prosperity, SC.
Two sisters, Linda Welch and Janet Pore, preceded her in death.
Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at English Lutheran Church, Bluffton. Rev. Kevin Mohr officiating. Burial will take place in Arlington Cemetery, Arlington, Ohio. Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. Thursday at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services, Bluffton.
