Bluffton Senior Center offers two Amish trips this fall
Take a trip to visit the Amish with the Bluffton Senior Citizens Center this fall - make that two trips. Here's the details from Bob Painter:
Fall Amish Trip Schedule
Lancaster, Pennsylvania…. Sept. 30 to Oct. 4, five days – fournights, $598 includes transportation and lodging, a stop at the Flight 93 Memorial, The Millennium Theater production of “Noah,” guided tours of Amish Farmlands and The Kreider Dairy Farm, Farmers Market, Kitchen Kettle Village, railroad train ride with hobolunch, Biblical Tabernacle Production of “Jacob’s Choice,” American Music Theatre featuring “Broadway Now and Forever” and lots of Amish family style and smorgasbord meals.
Holmes County Tour
Holmes County Amish on Tuesday, Oct. 22, $75 Includes transportation, lunch in the home of Andy and Maudie Raber, The Farm at Walnut Creek, horse and wagon tour feeding the animals, visit Hershberger’s Country Market, (like an Amish Walmart), Walnut Creek Cheese Company for sandwiches and Mudd Valley ice cream, on your own, including bulk foods and shopping.
