Peggy Amstutz, 74, was a Beaverdam HS graduate
Peggy A. Amstutz, 74, died at 3:22 pm July 29, 2013, at the Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay. She was born March 25, 1939, in Allen County to the late Morris and Martha (Dunlap) Lewis.
On June 30, 1957, she married Robert Amstutz and he survives.
Peggy was a homemaker and had worked at Family True Value Hardware, Bluffton. She was a member of St. John Mennonite Church, Pandora. She was an auxiliary member of Gideon’s International. She was a graduate of Beaverdam High School.
Survivors also include a daughter Tammy (Delmer) Nuzum of Beaverdam; two sons, Greg (Judy) Amstutz, Tim (Sondra) Amstutz both of Beaverdam; a sister Kim (Larry) Lambert of Knoxville, Tenn.; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a sister-in-law Barb Lewis of Toledo.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Lewis, and aunt, Alice Cross.
A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at St. John Mennonite Church, Pandora. Pastors Lynn Thompson and Dave Stratton officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bridge Hospice.
