Open house Sept. 10 for Putnam County Primary Care, Leipsic
Putnam County Primary Care in Leipsic is holding an open house of their new office location at 901 E. Main Street, Suite A, Leipsic. The open house will be held Tuesday, September 10 from 5 to 7 p.m. Guided tours and refreshments will be offered.
Putnam County Primary Care in Leipsic offers care for all ages provided by Certified Nurse Practitioner Kathy Selhorst. Kathy is accepting new patients. For more information or to make an appointment, call 419.943.2130.
