Look at all these youth classes offered at BFR Sports and Fitness
The week of Oct. 14 will kick off several youth sport-related classes at BFR Sports & Fitness, according to Carole Enneking, BFR director.
K-3 Football Skills (Tuesday, Oct. 15 from 3:30-4:30 PM) and Basketball Skills (Thursday, Oct. 17 from 3:30-4:30 PM) will begin for six weeks (ending the week of December 2nd).
Rookie All Sports will begin on Tuesday, Oct. 15 and meet for four weeks. Dodgeball Play will begin another seven week session on Oct. 25 (Fridays 3:30-4:30 PM); dodgeball is available as a drop-in activity for $3 per day (Free for BFR members).
New and returning tennis students will begin a seven-week session on Tuesdays beginning Oct. 21. Van transportation from Bluffton schools is available for a nominal fee.
Other youth programs will be beginning later in October. A pre-season basketball skills clinic, under the direction of Jared Byers, will meet from Oct. 31 to Nov. 21 from 3:30-4:30 PM.
Indoor soccer option include U9 Soccer Indoor Play starting Oct. 28 and U7 Soccer Fun which begins on Nov. 7. The next session of Tiny Tots (parent-child interaction
program) will begin the week of Oct. 28; a 10 AM Wednesday morning session is open to new participants. Volleyball skills and drills will begin Nov. 6 from 3:30-4:30 PM.
