Tickets available for Nov. 9 BCE fall fundraiser at Bluffton Airport
Bluffton Center for Entrepreneurs (BCE) invites the public to attend its annual fall fundraiser “Come Fly With Us,” at 6 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 9, at the Bluffton Airport, according to Brendon Matthews, BCE board president.
The event offers an opportunity for BCE clients to showcase their services. One of those clients, Glideslope Aviation, LLC, owned by Rebekah Gambrell of Bluffton, is housed at the airport. Gambrell was BCE’s 2013 Ropp Triplett Business Plan Competition winner.
Persons attending will have an opportunity to bid on an unusual array of silent auction items, which include several art pieces created by local artists. Guided tours of the airport and Lifeflight, housed at the airport, will take place. Hor d’oeuvres will be served and a cash bar is available.
In addition, several news Bluffton business owners will be introduced.
“We are proud of BCE’s accomplishments in the past year,” said Matthews. “This event provides recognition of our clients and supporters.”
Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door. Tickets are available at First National Bank, Citizens National Bank, from BCE board members and at the BCE office in Centennial Hall on the Bluffton University campus.
