Doris Bucher was a Triplett Corp. retiree
Doris J. Bucher, 81 died Nov. 8, 2013, at Hilty Memorial Home, Pandora. She was born Sept. 7, 1932 in Benton Ridge to the late Clifford and Lois (Reiter) Niswander. On October 3, 1954 she married Charles Bucher and he died August 2, 2005.
She retired from Triplett Corporation, Bluffton. She was a member of English Lutheran Church, Bluffton. She was a graduate of Cory-Rawson High School.
Survivors include a son Michael Bucher of Findlay; four daughters Cindy (Jeff) Dye, Chris (Brad) Setzer, Cheryl (Mark) Sommers all of Bluffton, Connie (David) Davis of Celina; eleven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and a sister Joan (Lee) Wilkins of Mt. Cory.
She was also preceded in death by her step-father Merritt Green.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at English Lutheran Church, Bluffton. Rev. Kevin Mohr officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Bluffton. Visitation will be Monday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services, Bluffton.
Memorial contributions may be made to the English Lutheran Church Building Fund.
