Chris Driesbauch performs Nov. 24 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Jenera
Chris Driesbach, Christian musician will present a song service at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Jenera on Sunday, Nov. 24. He will perform during the 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. services.
Driesbach will also present a concert of his songs between services at 9:20 a.m.
“This is a musical worship service celebrating Creation” he says. “It will feature five hymns and seven of my original songs along with lots of Bible readings and I think it’s kind of special.”
“It had long been a dream of mine to do this,” he said. “I’m very grateful to have had this amazing experience.” He has performed over 1,400 concerts in 618 Lutheran churches in 35 states and recorded 7 CDs of original Christian music including songs for children and a collection of favorite hymns.
Musically, Driesbach’s songs are varied: country, reggae, folk and some rock and roll. The lyrics, however, are much more important, he said. Each song is about his Christian life path, the inspiration he takes from the Bible and the hope he holds for the future.
