Here are Wednesday cancellations - including trash/recycling pickup info
The Village of Bluffton’s refuse and recycling contractor, Allied Waste (Republic Services), has informed the Village that they will be unable to pick up residential refuse and recycling Tuesday as previously hoped for.
Given the current weather conditions, they are unable to operate. They had hoped to be able to operate on a one-day-behind schedule.
Residents who are on the Monday pick-up schedule will not have their garbage and recycling picked up until next Monday (Jan. 13).
Residents scheduled for Wednesday and Friday pickup should have their normal pickup this week - weather permitting.
Allied Waste will providing this information to WLIO to broadcast on the crawler at the bottom of the screen and the Village will be sending out a Nixle Alert regarding the schedule.
