The Inn at ONU offers "Fresh Selections" Monday through Friday starting at 11:30 a.m. Enjoy our Pub menu along with a variety of daily specials. Monday, March 17th
Guinness Dogs: Polish sausage converted to Irish sausage by simmering them in a tangy Guinness mixture and topping them with BBQ sauce, warm sauerkraut, and spicy mustard!
Irish Pub Salad: Shredded Romaine, Arugula , sliced tomato, beets, red onion, purple cabbage, cucumber, egg and Feta cheese.
Tuesday, March 18th
Meatloaf Sandwich: Thick slice of slow roasted meat loaf topped with Mozzarella cheese and BBQ sauce on brioche.
Ole Bleu: Crisp Romaine topped with Applewood smoked bacon and Bleu Cheese crumbles, cheddar and tomato.
Wednesday, March 19th
Chicken Pesto Pizza: House-made pesto, grilled chicken, tomato, mixed bell peppers, and Mozzarella.
The Cobb: Grilled chicken, bacon, avocado, tomato, onion, and egg on spring mix.
Thursday, March 20th
Beef Manhattan: A lunch portion of slow cooked, seasoned beef with gravy served over Texas bread. Served with our red mashed potatoes and side salad.
Tip Top: Turkey, cherries, celery, apples, Bleu Cheese and walnuts on Romaine.
Friday, March 21st
BBQ Fish Sandwich: Tender baked fish pieces tossed in BBQ sauce and topped with Romaine and tomato. Served on a brioche bun.
Broiled Salmon and Asparagus: Seasoned salmon flakes, grilled asparagus, tomato, and Feta cheese on a bed of baby spinach.
