Lewis Family McDonald’s hosts hiring day on April 8
Lewis Family McDonald’s is looking to hire at several of its 17 restaurants this Tuesday, April 8. This marks the third year that the local franchise has held a company-wide hiring day.
“As summer nears, we find ourselves needing additional crew people to take care of each and every guest. We hope to fill those needs with a company-wide hiring day,” said local owner/operator Jerry Lewis.
Those interested in applying for an available position are encouraged to apply online at www.LewisFamilyMcDonalds.com before the event. Once an interested applicant has applied, they may stop in any Lima McDonald’s or the McDonald’s in Bluffton, Ada, Ottawa or Beaverdam, on Tuesday, April 8. Managers will be conducting interviews on site from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
A job with McDonald’s can potentially grow from a crew member at a local restaurant to a corporate executive at its U.S. headquarters in Oak Brook, Illinois. In fact, half of McDonald’s owner/operators and 75 percent of restaurant managers started as crew. Applicants will also have a chance to learn about the company’s benefits, including college credit, book reimbursement, scholarships, employee meals and more.
