BFR announces lots of April-May programs
Friday All Sports Class to start April 25 at BFR. Youth in grades K-5 are welcome to participate in a new BFR informal sports program on Fridays from 3:30-4:30 p.m. Each week, youth will participate in a different sport: basketball, wiffleball, dodgeball, and kickball. A minimum of 8 youth need to register for the program which will start April 25 and end May 16; cost for the 4 sessions is $12 or free for BFR members. Call BFR Sports & Fitness at 419-358-4150 to register. Van service from Bluffton schools is available for a nominal fee.
Kids Fun Night Scheduled at BFR on Saturday, May 3. The annual Spring kids night will be held from 6-11 p.m. on Saturday, May 3 at the Snider Road facility. Youth ages 5 to 12 years will participate in a variety of group games and friendly competitions during the night. Late Night Flashlight tag, a annual favorite, is planned, as well as pinatas! Cost is $30 ($15 BFR members) and includes drinks and pizza party/snacks. Deadline to register is April 29. For more information, contact BFR by calling 419-358-4150.
Silly Saturday Program for Pre-schoolers is offered May 3 at BFR. Children ages 3-6 years and their parents are welcome for the last Silly Saturday program before summer. This mini-camp style program will include theme-based activities, craft and snack. Silly Saturday meets from 9-10:30 a.m. and the cost per child is $12 ($8 BFR members). Kelly Honse is the leader for Silly Saturdays. Summer Adventure Camps will be offered during the week in June and July.
